To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@fealkira.com to get the accurate return address.
We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges for unconfirmed return addresses.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For quality related issues:

  • 0-30 days after the date of purchase: 30-day money-back guarantee for quality related issues. For ANY quality issues, once you return your intact and undamaged Fealkira product with the original package box and we receive it, you will receive a full refund. (Tax refund is not included for international shipments outside of US.)
  • 31 days - 12 months: We will provide a NEW ITEM with PARTIAL FEE OR PARTIAL REFUND. Or receive a 50% refund of the item’s purchase price if not returning the item.Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

For Non-quality related issues:

  • 0-7 days after the date of purchase: 7-day money-back guarantee for non-quality related issues. Just return your intact and undamaged FEALKIRA product package by paying return postage yourself, then you will receive a full item refund for ANY reason. (Tax refund is not included for international shipments outside of US.)
  • 8 days – 12 months: Return for replacement or refund are not supported.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our returns and exchange service is limited to all purchases made from our official website fealkira.com, If you purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly. (Unauthorized reselling of Fealkira products is prohibited.)
