1.Shipping Fee:

We like to keep things simple, shipping is $5.99 worldwide for most products.
Sometimes we offer FREE SHIPPING promotions.

For example:
  • For the orders equal to or over $59 to the US, free shipping is provided, excluding subsidiary islands or remoted areas like military districts of United States.
  • For all the orders to other regions, the shipping fee depends on the product amount and quantity, please check the specific shipping fee on the checkout process.
Please kindly pay attention:
  • We don't offer free shipping to certain subsidiary islands of United States, including Virgin Island USA, Guam USA, Hawaiian Islands USA etc.
  • Some remoted areas including military districts, or some bulk items may require additional charges. The specific cost depends on the standards of various courier companies.

2.Delivery Time:

After your order payment confirmation, we will send the parcel usually in 1-3 business days. It usually takes about 5-12 business days for you to receive it.

3.Shipping Carrier:

  • For United States, Canada: FedEx, USPS or UPS is used for a safe and speedy delivery.
  • For Japan: Sagawa, Japan Post is used for a safe and speedy delivery.

4.Shipping Address Change:

If you have made an error in your address, please email us ASAP. so we can quickly change it. After an order has left the warehouse, the address cannot be changed any more.
Please kindly contact our customer service by Email support@fealkira.com within 12 hours. Otherwise, the item will be shipped to the original address and you have to contact the carrier directly yourself.

5.Shipping Track

Once your parcel is shipped, we will send you an Email with tracking info and link, you can check it yourself afterwards. After that, you will be able to track the shipment status on the page: https://t.17track.net/en#nums
If you do not receive this Email, please contact our customer service.

6.Shipping Issues

If you received a wrong item or the item is missing, please contact our service team within 3 days after the issue happens. We will correct any order errors as soon as possible.

7.Shipping Regions

Please understand, that shipping to some remote locations is not possible. This includes:
Niue, French Guiana, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, Cayman Islands.

8.Taxes

Please note that we are not held responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products come from our overseas warehouse and you may need to pay import duties or taxes, especially living outside of the USA.
